As a family we have wonderful memories of Sam. We feel eternally thankful that he was a part of our Son's life for 12 and half years. His love & patience with Riyaadh (Patrick) is something we shall be forever grateful for. To Patrick he was warrior Sam, hero Sam, the only one who always laughed at Patrick's jokes and accepted our Son unconditionally for who he was. Chester has been Patrick's only real friend throughout his often isolated childhood. Sam always made Patrick feel included and nurtured him. He was an inspiration to him and always will be. My favourite memory of Sam is the two of us, laughing joyously whilst Ruby, Chester & Patrick played in the large water tubs with the hose in the back garden, sky clad! When they were 5 or 6.
